Congratulations to our hurling and camoige teams on reaching their respective county finals on Wednesday, November 5th in Breffni Park, Cavan.
Our camoige team won the Division 2 title after a sensational comeback in the second half. The girls showed determination and great skill throughout the game. A special mention to Emma Kate Coyle Duffy who won the player of the match award.
Our boys hurling team played Mullagh NS in the Division 1 final. Unfortunately, it was not our day, but we are extremely proud of the boys who never gave up and played their hearts out to the final whistle.
A special thank you to both teams, Ms. Anderson and Mr. McCrudden who trained for this league during lunchtimes at school. Thank you also to Ms. Fitzpatrick, Denise and Helen who also helped to prepare both of the teams and accompanied them at Breffni Park on the finals day also.
