Well done to our Sixth Class pupils who recently took part in the St. Aidan’s Gaelic Football Blitz. The event was organised by the fantastic Transition Year pupils from St. Aidan's Comprehensive School, and it was a brilliant day of football, teamwork, and fun for all involved.
Our students represented the school with great enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and skill throughout the blitz. We were especially delighted that one of our teams went on to win the overall event — a fantastic achievement and a reward for their excellent teamwork and determination.
A special congratulations also goes to Kate, who was named Player of the Tournament after a series of outstanding performances during the day. This was a wonderful achievement and very well deserved.
A sincere thank you to the TY students in St. Aidan’s for organising the event so well and for inviting our school to take part. Their hard work, planning, and encouragement helped make the day such an enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
